Looking for recommendation(s) for hotel / place to stay in Turin, Italy. We will have a car, so parking will be required. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you!

You will need a hotel out of the traffic-restricted ZTL. Thankfully, in Turin, that area is not too big and you could still be within walking distance from the main sights.
A few years ago, I stayed at the NH Torino Centro: an ugly building, but with comfy rooms and all modern amenities including parking, within a 15-min walk from the heart of the city. I didn't love it all that much in the end, but it might suit your needs.
Hotels around Porta Nuova train station could also work: there is a big public carpark there.
