Trying to Narrow Down Florence Lodging

Wondering if anyone had some feedback on any of these hotels. It would be for 3 nights (may change to 4) in November, 4 people in the room. They are all within the same price range of each other, listed below from least expensive to highest. Also, would welcome any feedback on any other suggestions. Thanks!

Hotel Hermitage - Vicolo Marzio, 1, 50122 Firenze, Italy
They offer 2 queens and 2 twins in the room. I like the idea of the extra space of the queen. Nice rooftop area for views of Ponte Veccho.

Hotel Alessandra - Borgo Santi Apostoli, 17, 50123 Firenze, Italy
In addition to the quad room, This one also has a suite with a river view of Arno but not worth the extra $300 in my opinion

Hotel Casci - Via Camillo Cavour, 13, 50129 Firenze, Italy

Hotel Pendini - Via degli Strozzi, 2, 50123 Firenze, Italy
This one offers 2 room/1 bath for quad room
wanted to add they are offering a promo of stay 4 nights, pay for 3 so this could be a winner at $507 euro for 4 nights

We stayed at the Hotel Alessandra in 2014. We couldn't get into our first choice hotel, the Davanzati, but we were really happy with the Alessandra and would definitely stay there again. The front desk staff, including the famous Monty, are friendly and very helpful. Their restaurant suggestions led us to the best meals of our trip. The modern bathroom was huge.

My only caveat would be the stairs. If you are in good shape, they won't be a problem. But if anyone in your group has a problem with stairs, you should look elsewhere.

I have stayed at Hermitage. Loved the location. Caters to english speakers, has a good breakfast (included) and right next to the Uffizi and Ponte Vechio. Wonderful location.

Incidentally, Novemer 4 is the anniversary of THE HUGE 1966 flood. Check out the flood level markers.
