At the end of November I'll be combining a business trip with pleasure, the location for the business portion is in Bertolini. My daughter is studying in Barcelona Spain and plan to meet in Florence, trying to figure how to select the best route/transportation form Bertolini to Florence, any advise will be greatly appreciated!
Thank you much
You might want to double check the spelling of that town. There's no Bertolini in Italy, per Google Maps. The closest I can find is Bardolino, on Lake Garda.
There is a pump manufacturer named Bertolini located in Reggio Emilia near Modena. If that's the spot then you can just take the train to Florence. Should be in the 1:15 to 1:30 range, time wise. There are some direct trains as well as a trip that changes trains in Bologna.
Viamichelin.com shows a town named Bertolini. It's just west of the A6 autostrada, not too far south of Torino (Turin). Nearest larger town is Cavallermaggiore. Just go to viamichelin.com and do a search on Bertolini and you'll find it.
My iPad map function showed it right away-isn't t that Google Maps? It is due south of Turin, looks like it is surrounded by farmland in the satellite view. You could go into Turin and take the train from there to Florence. Trenitalia shows direct trains.
