I have followed Steve's advice in his book Rome, Florence and Venice on buying a PassePartout Combo-ticket for the Uffizi, Pitti Palace and Boboli Museum but I cannot actually bring up the tile that you click on to buy the ticket on the official website - is this just me being stupid? Have I missed something??
Any help would be very gratefully received!

I'm not sure I completely understand the question but if it's simply a matter of clicking the right box for purchase, you should be able to get there from this page:
https://www.uffizi.it/en/pages/combined-ticket
Scroll down to "Tickets" and click. It'll throw you into this page:
https://www.uffizi.it/en/tickets
Scroll down to "PassePartout 5 Days" and click "Buy online". It should send you to the Coopculture ticketing site. You could also just go directly to this page and skip the previous web page.
I'd run a dummy test for you but I've been locked out of Coopculture ticketing for months for some unknown reason - probably an IP issue - but here's hoping it's not the same for you.
