The email address given to me above failed. And I tried to contact her through linkedin, but the link, on her profile, that allows one to send her a message directly is not functional.
Anyone know if she is still in business offering tours, and if so, how to contact her?

I don't know this guide or whether she was previously in Rick's books but I don't find her there now. Her web site isn't working (could be various reasons for that) and the email address was through the web site. Trip Advisor has a phone number, and if you're lucky, it might have a recorded message.
