Has anyone had experience booking an apartment with Truly Venice? I found a listing for a place on vrbo.com, but since it wasn't available for my dates, the owner/agent suggested another choice managed by Truly Venice. I used vrbo last year for a place in Paris and it was a very positive experience. I'm hoping Truly Venice has as good a reputation. Thanks in advance for any opinions.

Truly Venice has an excellent reputation and is very pleasant to deal with. I had a tentative booking with them which we did not use in the end, only because we found a different apartment that better suited our needs. But Daniela was very kind and professional. The company is actually based in Switzerland.
