I am wondering if anyone here has traveled to the International White Truffle Festival that is held in Alba, Piedmont, Italy on weekends from October to the end of November? If so I would love to pick your brain regarding their website, purchasing tickets for gastronomy events, 'pro tips,' etc.

I would love to hear about this as well. We will be there in October and are considering a truffle hunt but not sure if this will be pointless given the festival activities.
