I’m trying to purchase online a ticket to the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy for a date in September but I am frustrated because the website refuses to acknowledge my login. I have to create a login with password to purchase a ticket? I have done so and am repeatedly given login failed as a result. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to work around this? I have tried at different times of day to same result. I want to purchase directly from the official website instead of a ticket broker.
