I am attempting to purchase a voucher for a SIM card on my upcoming trip. Based on other posts and my needs I had planned on a 'TIM for Visitors' plan via https://www.tim.it/tim-visitors-en I started the purchase and filled in some basic info. They sent me a link to confirm my e-mail but it doesn't work and gives me an error message. I'm wondering if anyone has recently successfully bought a TIM voucher or has had the same trouble?

When we lived in Italy I was never able to purchase a voucher/refresh with my U.S. credit card. I always had to go to a TIME store for the recharge on my SIM.

Your CC company may be blocking it as a foreign transaction. You could give them a call.

hmm, it looks like I can make the purchase with my phone but not my PC. I find that strange.
