Has anyone experienced difficulty purchasing tickets on the official website? Each time I purchase tickets, they are removed from the time available. 3 times I could not enter credit card information. The 4th and 5th time, I entered credit card information and received an error in processing. I sent an email 3 days ago and have received no response.
