Is anyone else having trouble accessing the Trenitalia website? Have never had trouble before but now I’m getting an error message saying I can’t access it from my server.

I purchased a lot of tickets on their website yesterday. A couple of times it gave me an error, so I just closed it and began again. You could also go to their app. I added all of my tickets to the app afterwards, and it works very smoothly.
Or book your tickets on Italo. This is a private train company, and they do not serve all routes, only the major cities. But we prefer them to Trenitalia for routes they do serve.

Override it. Just click on the red "cliccando qui" text. It'll take you to another page; click on the red "Accetta" box at the top. Voila: you're in! All you to do is change the language from ITA to ENG on the dropdown at the top.
The site does this to me too; no idea why. :O)
There is an ongoing problem with Trenitalia and Cox WiFi. Use cell data not WiFi on the app and you can access Trenitalia. Error message is “Access Denied, you do not have permission to access.”
My work around will be to book long distance on ItaloTreno from home for best fares. And book regionals when I’m in Italy.
I don’t have the patience to deal with Cox people. I understand it’s a system problem and they want to fix my home WiFi. In other words, they don’t listen or comprehend.

LoveItaly, We're stuck with Cox too unless we want to downgrade to Centurylink. It's even worse.
