Going to and staying in Catania, would like to go to Serradifalco to look up
my family, what is the best transportation to use

Two weekday trains are timed for residents of Serradifalco to head toward Catania at 7:00 a.m. (and one evening train) and to return to Serradifalco in the evening (two options with one connection at Caltanissetta). This probably only works if you stay overnight. Less service on Sundays. Schedules are similar to/from Agrigento, but shorter travel time in at least one direction. So you might rent a car or find a different train or bus schedule that only goes part way before switching to a taxi.

Can I hire a driver and taxi / car to take me from Catania to Serradifalco and back on same day,
also to stay with me for about 4 hours ? Thank you
