Trip Advisor Tours

Trip Advisor doesn't actually run any tours, nor does the company Viator which they also own. Could you post a link to the tour your are considering?

Is it a day tour in Rome?

I was looking at this tour, but I think I found something very similar with the Roman Guy so perhaps it's safer to book with him.

I was trying to find a tour of Colosseum that included the Underground. Not having much luck for July 3rd.

The TA tour gets rave reviews, and you can book directly with the website - which gets good reviews from Google as well. Why not just book direct?

Thanks Maria, I'll have a look. How is Through Eternity Tours? I found an underground tour with them. I'll check out the one you suggested too.

In case you need Underground Tour of Colosseum, I heard it gets sold out months in advance :O not sure if you will be able to get yourself a ticket unless someone cancels last minute

Tours sell out; especially in high season traveling, but they may have a cancellation or two. It may be worth a call to some tour companies.

Have you checked out The Roman Guy? https://theromanguy.com/tours/italy/colosseum-tours I always favor suggesting TRG because I really enjoy the fun videos from the lead guides - Sean who regularly narrates and his colleague, Bojan. They are fun to watch, get some great tips, easy to understand for the newer traveler, and a good refresher for others.

All three tour companies have "regular" Colosseum tours too. Some people like the independence of booking tickets through the Colosseum site and the "do-it on-your-own visit; while others like the fully guided, historian-led tour.
