We will be in Trieste for 3 days and would like to do a Prosecco tasting. All of the tours in mid June seem to be fully booked? Any recommendations on Tour Companies or drivers that might be able to do this? Or, any suggestions on how to set up tastings on our own. Thanks

I've not been to Trieste, but I've tasted wine in many places in Italy and other European countries. Maybe someone on the forum would have winery suggestions. Additionally, what I do is search various forum "good wine tours", and also do internet searches. "Best wineries to visit near Trieste". You may find some that are "drop in", but they really don't do that much in Europe, you likely will need to make appointments. I think while tour companies may be full, you should be able to find wineries with appointment times. You could also see if Tourist Information for Trieste might have ideas. Where are you staying? You could ask the host/hotel for ideas.
