Has anyone stayed in Trevi or visited the town while touring? If so, thoughts on restaurants or highlights would be welcomed. We have already made arrangements to stay in a VRBO and will use it for a short 4-day visit to the Umbrian hillside.
We stayed there for night on the way to Naples. Lovely little town. You have two famous villas, Este and Adrianna (Hadrian). There was a great restaurant on the cliff overlooking the Aniene river.

Sorry, my post was Tivoli, I misread your post. Not Trevi but certainly Montefalco. Another great Italian town not far from Trevi.
