Trestevare walking tour recommendations for great restaurant

So tomorrow is our last night in Rome and we plan on doing the Trestavere walking tour. Can anyone recommend a great reasonably priced restaurant for my family to go to for our final hurrah here in Rome. Thank you so much!

I really enjoy Carlo Menta. it's on via Lungaretta. From the Basilica Santa Maria in Trastevere just head directly in front. It will be on the left, big outdoor seating area. My new favorite place in Rome.

Le Mani in Pasta Via Dei Genovesi Lively with fabulous food. We were lucky enough to be taken here in May by some local writers.

Basically Trastevere is one of the best areas of rome in terms of restaurants, so looking up on the fork is not to be excluded at all, since all restaurants (with few exceptions) are great.

Anyway, if you want to crown the trip with something special, I suggest you "Tonnarello" located in Via della Paglia, 1 (close to the ministry for instruction). Here typical Roman dishes (carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe) are served in nice small frying pans, yet they make abundant servings of excellent quality at an affordable price.
Just a couple of tips. It is usually very crowded, so try not to get there around 9 pm, since it is the time with the longest wait possible. Booking is not allowed, and it is not uncommon to recognize the restaurant by its queue.
The other tip is to inform the waiters before queuing if your group is of a reasonable number (at least 5/6 people). The last time I went there, we were allowed to skip the queue since a table for 6 was ready and the waiter knew how our group was composed.

Keep me in the picture!

Reservations are usually recommended for dinner in Rome--unless the restaurant doesn't take them, of course.

When we were in Trastevere, our B&B host snubbed Carlo Menta as being too touristy and not authentic food. We did get a pizza there, and it was cheap. Found other places that were much better

Have you been to Pizzeria Dar Poeta? One of my top 3 picks in Rome.
