There a lot of beautiful castles in the Trento area. Any recommendations on which ones to see.

There is the Castello Buonconsiglio in town. It was the residence of the Prince-Bishop of Trient. I did not go to that or any other castles when I was there. I did the Christmas Market and the cathedral in the city center. Also rode the cable car up the mountain to get a great view of the city and surrounding Adige valley.
