Has anyone been successful in securing ticketless train tickets with payment receipt via email from the Trenitalia website? When I try to obtain tickets on that site, it will not allow the delivery option "Ticketless with payment receipt via email". Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks.
I did last week with no problems. I created an account with TrenItalia but don't know if it made a difference.

Hi George. Like others, I bought several tix via ticketless online / email. Are you trying to buy a tix that ends outside of Italy; e.g. Milan to Zurich? International tix can be bought easily online, but the ticketless option isn't available; instead you print your tix at any Italian station.
George, I did it without any trouble a few weeks ago. I did create a user account on the Trenitalia website. If you did not, go ahead a create one and try to make your purchase again. Perhaps that will correct the glitch.
