I'm trying to book a ticket on Trentalia from Rome to Tirano (via Milan) -- refuses my Mastercard; tried several times today; called cc company so it's not blocked. any ideas?

Ok, answered my own question. used another credit card with later expiration date, and it worked. Easy to pick up train tickets at self-serve kiosks?

Hi Doris. self service pickup is very easy; just punch in your info and out come the tix.
