Trenitalia Website and App

Help!! I am trying to log in to the Trenitalia website and app and am getting denied. On my desktop I am getting the error:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.lefrecce.it/Channels.Website.WEB/" on this server.

On my app it simply is saying my login credentials aren't correct, which they are and when I try to password reset through my email it denies me access again wit the above error!

I am trying to save my tickets into my Google wallet.

Anyone have experience in fixing this?

Try the following in this order. All for the web not app

1) try different browsers. Eg chrome and edge/safari
2) try incognito mode
3) reboot your modem/router
4) try a different computer or phone
5) try from your phone not connected to your wifi
6) try from a public wifi

As another option. When booking you would have received the pdfs via email so save those

2 things are happening. Either your computer or your network is getting refused by Trenitalia. I think it’s the network so you may need to try 5/6

Fix 1. Use opera browser and turn on the VPN service. Fix 2 if using microsoft edge browser. Go to edge://settings/privacy. Scroll down to microsoft secure network and turn it on. Click on manage secure network sites and add www.trenitalia.com. Close browser and reopen then it should

since you went in mid September and we haven't heard back I guess everything went ok? It would be nice to know what happened...
