We are making final plans for our trip in 3 weeks. I purchased tickets twice from Naples to Rome. They are super economy tickets and the web-site says non-refundable. Has anyone ever been successful in having a super economy ticket cancelled?

Nobody with whom I've had contact has mentioned any success with that. You can try, but if you find the official channels difficult to use, then I wouldn't expend too much time.

Unfortunately those tickets are non-refundable and I've never heard of anyone getting a refund. Its not that much money so I would just forget it.

There are NO refunds or exchange possible with Super Economy tickets. That's one of the trade-offs in getting the cheap price. You are indeed out of luck!

Love it. I know non-refundable is hard to understand. If you have two extra tickets, advertize date and time. Maybe someone can use them as they are not specific to name as are the US airline tickets.
