Trenitalia strike question

Hi again! After months of watching for train tickets to become available from Bolzano to Venice on June 11, they finally did, and I happily purchased them. I now see there will be a strike that day. The Commissione Garanzi Sciopero website indicates that the location will be Trentino Alto Aldige.
Do you know if this area includes my journey? I have a feeling it does, but would like confirmation, I know there are many of you who are so knowledgeable in this area.
Another question, would the OBB train be on strike as well? There is one of their trains leaving Bolzano to Venice that day, which I can book.
Thanks again in advance for your helpful response!

Aren't you taking a Freccia train to Verona and a local from Verona to Venice? You have waited for the new schedules of the second leg, in other words. Am I right?

Dario, from Bolzano to Verona, my ticket says Regionale 16039 2nd class. From Verona to Venice it says Regionale Veloce 3613 2nd class.

No problem for the Verona-Venice train.

In case the strike won't be called off, I think that any Regionale scheduled to depart from Bolzano after 9 AM won't run.

I'd wait a couple of weeks to see what happens. If they will actually strike, you have 3 options to get to Your final destination without wasting both Regionale tickets: search for buses from Bolzano to Verona, hire a car for a day or take the Freccia train #8805 that departs to Verona at 7:45 AM.

Next time you'd better do not buy months in advance tickets for Regionale trains that have no reserved seats and that can't sell out. As you have discovered it's a pointless risk, but I admit that stumbling upon a Regional strike in a Region where nobody ever strikes is quite a massive stroke of bad luck.

Do tell me if this plan feasible or is there any better ideas?

Day 1

  • Take a cable car up to Alpe Di Siusi Meadows (Mont Seuc Gondola)

Day2

  • Take the Furnicular to do Rescieca Hike (Rescieca Furnicular)
  • Walk to St Jacob’s Church

Day 3

  • Walk the Seceda Ridgeline (Seceda Cableway)
  • Walk the Luis Trenker Promenade - Playground for Kids

If there is one thing i should skip if there's a shortage of time, which attractions should i skip?
