Last night Carol posted having problems with the direct link to the the CartaFRECCIA application site. I am getting the same message she was getting just trying to access the Trenitalia site at all. No matter how I try, laptop, cell phone, etc, I get the same "Access denied message". Anybody else have this problem?
No, I have just tried. What time was in Italy when you got that message?
Been trying since last night.
I am getting the same error message. I suggest waiting until after the weekend is over. I am guessing this a system issue.

Was able to purchase my tix on the App though (on iPad)

All is well with Trenitalia site
Not sure when it sorted out, just checked now
Perhaps it would help to try using a different browser? When I have trouble on one browser, I usually have good luck when I try a different one. For example, the other night I was trying to contact a hotel about a possible stay. I was using Chrome. Every time I clicked on the email box I was taken to something for What's App. After several attempts, I used Firefox and had no issue with writing/sending the email.
The issue the other night was across all browsers on all types of devices, at least for users in USA
It was temporary so probably a system update of some sort.
As I posted above the app worked fine at the time
