Trenitalia receipt problem

I booked and paid for 2 tickets on the train from Florence to Rome in mid-October. My credit card was charged and I got a codice di recupero but never a confirming email. I have emailed several times asking that they resend an email confirmation but never got one. Will this number showing it was paid for be enough? Also, we are staying at the At Your Place B & B near the Vatican. Any dinner suggestions would be welcome!

All you need to do is show your codice di recupero to the conductor (people do this all the time from their smartphones). There's a restaurant called "Isola della Pizza" near the Vatican - much more than pizza, reasonably priced and great atmosphere.
