From what I understand there are only so many tickets available for these discounts.
I have been clicking on a few of them and keep getting the following:
"No seats availability for the selected fare/service"
From prior experience, do they ever open more seats for this far or is there a limit they sell per day etc?
I am just curious if I should keep checking each day or if once they are sold out, no more are ever available at that fare for that train/time.

Once they're gone, they're gone..or perhaps they're not offered on that particular train. In any event, don't bother checking back.
Have you selected a date which is at least 7 days out for the MENO 15 and at least 15 days out for the MENO 30?
Remember also that the Trenitalia website often won't accept credit cards from overseas.
Nevertheless, you might be able to avail yourself of the discounted promotional fares once you arrive in Italy, assuming you have enough "lead time" to your planned train departure.
So I was on last night and I was looking for a train from Brescia to Florence for July 12th.
The Meno 30 option was giving me the red light saying there were no more at that fare.
I checked again this moring and the same train (7:00am) has seats available at the Meno 30 price.
Also, I haven't tried it yet but some Canadians have had luck with their credit cards being accepted so I am going to give it a try.
And I had a delay booking due to some stuff at work and now the meno 30 fare is showing as no seats.
Weird.
