Am I dreaming or has Trenitalia.com posted their schedules and fares for most of the summer!?! It's a month earlier than usual, isn't it? Since Italotren.it has posted theirs through the end of August it makes it so much easier to compare the two possibilities. For those of us who really like the "planning stage" of our summer in Italy this is great news! If you can commit to a schedule you get the lowest fare choices. Awesome! Think how much more gelato you can afford!!! la vita e bella.

Most of their high speed train schedules are listed but not all of the regional trains have been updated yet. This happens every time. They always load the fast trains first and work their way down with the regional trains being the last to be updated.
It is great to be able to compare italo and trenitalia.

Hooray. They usually do get them out about 4 weeks before the June 13 schedule changeover, so they are right on their previous timelines.
