Hi y'all, I just booked several different journeys on Trenitalia (Rome-Venice, Venice-Florence, Orvieto-Rome). In each case, I was asked if I wanted to sit by the window or aisle, and I chose window. Myself and my friend are now sitting across from each other, against the window. This is good but I'd rather be sitting next to him (window + aisle seat). I can't figure out how to change seats on the Trenitalia site... is it possible? Or if not, can I call to get reassigned?

Hi Eric. I don't know of any way to change seats online. There are so many trains on these routes that there will very likely be empty seats. If not, you could just ask the person sitting there to trade places; good excuse to start a conversation! Enjoy your trip!
