The lowest promotional fares are 19 Euros (second class) for any ES-City, Intercity (IC), Intercity Night (ICN), and Espresso Night (EXP) train. This means, for example, 19 Euros for the following trains: Rome to Palermo, Cefalu, Milazzo, Messina, Taormina, Catania, Siracusa; Milan to Bari, Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto; Genoa, La Spezia, Pisa and Livorno to Rome; Rome to Lamezia Terme and Reggio di Calabria (IC and night trains only). There are yet other promotional fares for AV, ES and ES-Fast trains. But BEWARE of the following restrictions: NO reservation changes, NO ticket exchanges, NO refunds, NO "hop on privileges" on other trains, NO other reductions (including NO reduction for children). (Toddlers under 4 still travel for free) Seats must be purchased no later than MIDNIGHT of the day before travel. ALL SEATS ARE CAPACITY CONTROLLED.

This is a great promotion, but I have found as I was searching for seats that there are not that many seats at the promotional price. So, just be aware when you're traveling that they really are limiting the seats.
