It depends on the platforms. Trenitalia should have, when fully posted, all the trains. If you go through Italo, only their trains will be shown and travel agencies like Trainline may not carry all the trains. Trenitalia should be the most dependable.

I've been looking at trains from Rome to Pompeii, specifically the express Trenitalia that runs only on Sundays directly to Pompeii. I can find in on the app for our date in June, but not on the website. So peculiar and makes me nervous booking!

Ack, my mistake; I was not changing the time so it was searching for me for current times. When I select the appropriate time, I can find the route on the website as well.
