Hello, I downloaded the app. I got and error and after research, I turned off my Wifi and was able to register..... trying to check travel options for June 18th I entered :
Leaving from Roma Termini and arriving at Santa Marinella.....I typed this into the app and it said incorrect or invalid for both stations. What am I doing wrong?

It’s a regional train so no need to purchase in advance
Price never changes, can’t sell out
Trains run every 30 min, 1 hour journey cost 4.60 euros
7:42, 8:12, 8:42, 9:12 Etc

Sometimes the app is fussy about how you enter names. In this case, it wants Roma (not Rome for example) and then choose Roma Termini from the suggestions offered. It wants S. Marinella, not Santa spelled out. Sometimes it helps to partially spell the station name and then see what suggestions it offers, which is what I ended up doing here. Most of the time is is simpler.

Are you using cell data or wifi? Cox and TrenItalia and ItaliaTreno don’t like each other. If on wifi, turn it off and use cell data.
If the problem still exists, try other posters name recommendations.
