We are having trouble booking trains using Trenitalia website, especially Monterosso to Naples. Any suggestions?

Did you specify "Napoli Centrale". Trenitalia does not understand international city names like Naples, Florence, or Venice. To them, its the Italian city names, Napoli, Firenze, and Venezia. I see trains out to Saturday, August 10, then they disappear afterward indicating you will have to wait to book.
