Hi, I`m trying to book the Milan to Arth-Goldau sector through Trenitalia. I have a swiss flexi pass. While booking it asks for the Card# which is an 8 digit number., but the space given is only 7. Tried calling up customer service they were not at all helpful. Can anybody having knowledge on this help me please.....

No personal experience, but from dealing with entering phone numbers when buying tickets, I would say just enter the first 7 digits of your pass and proceed. They will check the pass at some point. Probably not until Switzerland, and the actual number won't really matter as long as you have the pass to show them.
