My sister and I are arriving at Palermo airport on the 28th of August and need to get to the Baia del Corallo hostel. Is the train or bus best? is a taxi possible? Any ideas would be great!!!

I was in Palermo a couple of years ago. I took a train from the airport into Palermo. There were two train stations in Palermo, so get directions from your hostel for getting there from the train station. I don't know if there is bus service to Palermo from the airport. It's maybe 15-20 miles.

From the airport, take the “Prestia e Comandè” Pullman to Piazza Alcide De Gasperi, then change to bus no. 628 to Sferracavallo (the bus stop near the youth hostel is called 'Punta Matese').
