Travelling around Tuscany by Train and bus

My Husband and I have planned a 12 night stay in Italy in June . I have spent hours upon hours researching our itinerary which is more difficult than usual as my husband is registered blind. So far we have booked 4nights in Lake Garda and then 5 nights on the Orebettello lagoon and I am confident with this part of the journey. We are flying back to the UK from Pisa and we would like our last 3 nights to include a night in Siena then 2 nights near Cinque Terre maybe Portovenere and then taking a boat trip around the 5terre.
Even though we are traveling light, luggage can be difficult with my husband's visual impairment but I am aware that the bus station in Siena has a left luggage facility but I cannot find on the www how long luggage can be left there, what is the cost and what are the opening hours - is this information available? Also I cannot find out even from looking on Trentialia and Tieme the timetable/routes from Orebettello (or ideally Albinia ) to Siena and like wise from Sienna to 5terre. Our holiday is drawing closer but I am finding planning the last part difficult without knowing if buses and trains run regularly and which form of transport is quicker from Orbetello/Albinia to Siena and the sane question for Siena to 5terre.

You are up against the semi-annual schedule change on June 11. For various political reasons, Trenitalia regional schedules are not released until right up to that deadline. So you will have to take a few things on (gulp!) faith. One is that the schedule will not change significantly. So look at the routes for the same day of the week you want to travel in the next 7 days.

From Albinia, I see there is a direct bus at 6:51 in the morning to Siena, Fl312, that gets you there in 1 hour and 49 minutes. All other itineraries begin after noon and involve a train to Montepescali, then a bus to Buonconvento, and then another train to Siena, and take 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

For Siena to CT, there are many itineraries that go Siena to Empoli, to La Spezia (and often another connection in Pisa) to Vernazza (just an example). These take 3 1/2 to 4 hours, but there are frequent departure times.

For Cinque Terrence, you have to choose one of the five towns for transportation info, each has a schedule.

Yes, the Cinque Terre Express (somewhat of a misnomer) runs continually up and down the line between La Spezia and Levanto, calling on all the Cinque Terre villages 3 times every hour.

Timetables change on June 11 for the summer and maybe trenitalia didn't uploaded it in the website yet. Use a date prior, it won't change much.
From Orbetello to Siena you need a bus to the Orbetello train station, a bit out of town, then a train to Grosseto. From Grosseto there are buses to Siena. I'm not sure about luggage storage in Siena. The buses drop you on Via Tozzi, near Piazza Gramsci, and I don't remember luggage storage there.
If you depart from PSA you may have to stay there overnight if the flight is early. Both Siena and the Cinque Terre require at least 2 hours to reach the PSA airport.

In Lucca as I write so little time to reply. My advice is to Contact Hills and Roads driving tours. Small company. Had a fabulous tour with them. They are extremely flexible. You get exactly what you ask for. On a 1-10 our driver Angela gets a 20.
