Can anyone recommend a tour company or individual who can take a small group around Marche Province? Unfortunately none of us speak Italian but we will try to connect with some long-lost family. Thanks for any help.

You should try now to connect with long-lost family while you are still in the US. Try looking them up on m.paginebianche.it
It's the white pages for Italy, that's how I found a lot of my family in several regions of Italy.

If any family have a business, you can find them this way too.
Your family may know English, so feel free to write them and give your email address so you can connect instantaneously. Many family members have email addresses. And many are on Facebook.
Please don't underestimate yourselves learning Italian. Just go to a good bookstore and buy up all their Italian workbooks, and start filling them in. Within 2 months you will be able to compose a fluent letter to send to your families. It will change your life.

Your family has knowledge of Le Marche. They may recommend a tour company or individual, or guide you themselves! Mine did just that. My mother was a full Marchegianna.
