We're booked on a Rick Steves tour to Venice, Florence, and Rome. Has anyone traveled on from Rome to Corfu for a visit? If so, can you tell me how you arranged the transportation?
Also, how you arranged to travel back to the U.S. from Corfu?

Pre-Covid used Agean airlines. Reasonable price and very nice meals.
There are direct 90-minute flights from Rome to Corfu.
Also direct flights to the U.S. from Corfu.

If you have time for a sea adventure; you can also take a large ferry from one of the eastern ports of Italy to Corfu, connecting by train or bus. Maybe not the fastest or even the cheapest; but this how this college kid did it back in the day. We 4 girls, even got to meet the Captain! You can always come back to the 21st Century for the Flight back home. Bon Voyage!
