Enter:
From: CIVITAVECCHIA
To: VENEZIA SANTA LUCIA
Date: enter something before June 10 as the new timetable may not be ready yet.
Hour: enter the approximate time of arrival of your ship.
The journey will entail a train from Civitavecchia to Rome, then a high speed Frecciarossa or Frecciargento (high speed train) from Rome to Venice.
The first leg to Rome could be on a variety of trains (regional commuters or faster intercity), ranging in travel time from 50 min to over one hour. The travel from Rome to Venice is 3h 45 min.

Fairly easy. From the port entrance you walk about a third a mile to the train station. Catch the first train to Rome - about three an hour, mostly Regionale trains and takes about an hour. Once at Termini catch the next high speed to Venice. Those trains are about one an hour or so. See schedule at trenitalia.com For a detailed description about getting between the port and Termini, see RomeinRome.com He gives it for Termini to the port so read it in reverse. Easy to do, we have done it about six times.

PS A couple of other things - first it is a small train station and gets jammed with the cruise ship passengers so it is a good idea to buy a Regionale train ticket from Civi.... to Termini at the first train station or travel bureau you see in Italy. That way, with a Regionale train ticket you validate (time stamp - little yellow/blue/green box on track side of the station) and get on the first R train to Rome. No reserve seats so you may have to stand if no seat available. All other train tickets require a seat reservation and are good only for a certain train at a certain time.
