Traveling from Lido Di Jesolo to Venice

Hello - I am going to be staying in Lido Di Jesolo (my grandmother's TA booked the "Venice" arm of our trip there before I had an opportunity to check).

We did not have the intention to stay here but can't get our money back at this point:

Couple questions:

1) How much does it cost and how much of a hassle is to get from Lido Di Jesolo to Venice? Can it be done all by boat or will it require boat + bus/car?

2) Are we better off just eating the extra cost and booking a hotel in Venice (two last nights in Italy before flying back to the US)?

Many thanks in advance.

There is a bus run on www.atvo.it that goes from Lido Di Jesolo to both the Mestre train station and the Piazzale Roma. It's the route 10A. 50 minutes to the airport and then another 15 minutes to the Mestre train station and finally 1hr10min to the Piazzale Roma. Check your flight time out of Marco Polo. Many are very early. Here's a snapshot of the bus schedule. http://gyazo.com/4be74be6ea0f6f5345cc271a16871c8f There does seem to be boats from Punta Sabbioni to San Marco. Line 14. But, you will have to make your way to Punta Sabbioni from Lido Di Jesolo. Here's a link to the ACTV boat route map. http://www.actv.it/sites/default/files/Mappa_linee_4%20novembre%202013(17).pdf About 35 minutes according to the timetable.
