"Traveling by Train" question?

hey Guys.. Need some insight...
I'm booking train tickets on-line with ITALO from Venezia to Firenze SMN "one way". My question is, there's a FLEX = fully flexible and ECOMONY = flexible.

What is the diffident between the to fully flexible & flexible? The cost factor is half the price. Is this a flexible time schedule if you miss the train?

Both are offered in SMART/COMFORT/PRIMA.

Here is some information that might help:

https://www.italotreno.it/en/the-train/fares

It looks like with the economy ticket you can make changes before the trip but it will cost you 20%, if you cancel you get back 60%. IF you miss your train you have up to 2 hours to book on another one paying the 20% plus any difference in cost of the tickets.

In the flex there is no fee to change tickets before the trip and you get back 80% if you cancel. If you miss the train you have up to 2 hours to book another one.
