Our family will be in Italy from 8/4 to 8/19. One of our the destinations we are planning to visit is the village of Bovino, which is about 60 miles east of Naples. I am looking for ideas on how best to travel there. Which is best, from Naples? Sorrento? - Thank you.

Bovino itself is not on a train line. There is a station labeled Bovino which serves the area, but Bovino itself is some kilometers away from the station. From the station you'd have to take a bus, cab, or hire a private car. Or, of course, if you rent a car you can drive there yourself. Based on my experience the bus might go there once or twice a day. I do not know how to find the bus schedule.
