I just read on the Schengen Daily News that this week the EU is expected to review the list of safe countries and reportedly plans to remove the US from it. We have a trip planned for 11-18 Sept -- maybe its time to reconsider??? Any thoughts on this?

Thoughts? Just that you should monitor this week for the revised list of safe countries. Little point in doing anything until then.

According to another thread, Bloomberg posted an article today on the issue.
But EU will continue to monitor the situation
