We need tips where to stay in Garda Area for 2 frugal seniors w a car, having travelled Italy several times in past., A Pensione w lake view or small family hotel on water -4 days,tho we haven't settled on town yet , WE Want to go to a famous drive in area, RIVA DEL GARDA &guided tour of Sanctuary MARIA DELLE CORONA and would like to know if these tours run in October?
Wondering there are monasteries to stay in Padua or Ravenna ,and plan to do public terme near ABANO Area, then Ravenna&Padua (2 nights each) ANY Pointers? Would like to do a public terme like Saturnia that is open to public, is this possible ?
Appreciate any help we plan to leave October 2 from U.S., but could leave earlier, know more on Como and LAKE Tresamino,in RS, but we plan to do this part of Italy .THX Pat in OK.
