We would like to stay at this place but are not planning on renting a car. How can we get around? Can we take taxis? Are there busses? We want to go to Orvieto at least on one day.

Perhaps contact the folks who manage the agriturismo and see if they would have any suggestions? I suspect they're far more familiar with services in the area than those on this website.
If you can't write in Italian, use DeepL or some similar service to translate your question and their response.
