Hmmm...Are you looking for small bottles and tubes (that perhaps could be borrowed from some other use/taken from hotels) and refilled, or things like deodorants that kinda need to come from the store as-is? Have you thought of checking the shops at Termini? I once needed a travel-size something or other when in Copenhagen and found it at the train station. Seems like a logical place to look.
