Looking for some help. I am an Italian dual citizen and will be flying to Venice with my non-Italian husband. We have a driver to take us from Venice to Croatia. We are both vaccinated. After several weeks in Croatia we will spend 3 days in Italy. Do we complete the online digital form to land in Venice? (I've gone back and forth 3 times in a year and it is different each time but this time my husband will be with me). One form? Two forms? I've been reading online and now I've managed to confuse myself. Thanks so much.

Everything I’ve seen about passenger locator form indicates just 1 form per family
Venice is your entry point so you’ll need it there

I wonder whether it would be better for you to prepare separate forms since there's a difference in citizenship? I am just speculating; I have no information.
