I tried to get a quote from Travel Guard for the trip insurance and got so many options: preferred, deluxe, essentials, Travel Guard Plus and Travel Guard Annual Travel Plan. Which one I should get? Information appreciated.
What's TG Annual Travel Plan anyway?

What kind of loss are you wanting to insure?; medical expenses?, trip interruption? everything?
Consider getting a quote from Allianz as well. As mentioned above, it has to do with what costs you would need covered.
Trip cancellation- a covered event that happens that keeps you from starting your trip
Trip delay- something happens to your transportation arrangements that adds extra expenses to your trip
Trip interruption- something that keeps you from continuing on your trip once begun. This is typically where a positive Covid test comes in.
Medical expenses- are you covered overseas by your current medical coverage?
Medical evacuation- medical transport costs. Pay attention whether it calls for nearest appropriate hospital or if it will get you home.
Luggage coverage- pays you an amount if luggage is late or lost.
How many of these do you want coverage for? Find the policy that matches your needs.
Check out Generali’s Standard plan. I found it to offer $50K of medical, $250K medical evacuation and the usual trip delay/ interruption, luggage loss etc. Their rates beat most other travel insurance companies and Generali allows you to insure just the portions that are non-cancellable such as your airfares, non-refundable hotel rooms, and train tickets. So, if the total cost of your trip is $4,000 but the non-refundable part is $2,000, you can insure $2,000 of the trip. That’s really all you need and it costs less. In my case, coverage of a 5-week trip to Greece and Turkey cost $155.

Don't forget to check your credit card. Some of the high end (Chase Preferred) cards have pretty good travel insurance included as a member.
Booking a beach house in September (hurricaine season) and they sell pretty useless insurance as an option. The credit card coverage is MUCH better.
Check out Insuremytrip.com and compare policies. I have used them on a few trips and had a large claim for one trip. For this past trip, I used tripinsurance.com and purchased the US Fire Gold Plan. I was delayed on my return for a covered reason and they provided a $2k+ flight home. I haven't submitted my other expenses yet, but that was the major expense.
