Planning to visit a few spots in Puglia, i.e. Alberobello, Lecce, Matera, possibly other brief stops for views. Driving to Puglia locations from Soverato in Calabria. Headed to Lamezia airport after Puglia. Any recommendations for places to stay,(possibly in a trulli near Alberobello, Locorotondo, or Martina Franca) eat, etc, would be greatly appreciated. Also any recommendations for a jumping off point along the Lamezia, Tropea, Capo Vaticano corridor, for going to Reggio Calabria (for Riace Bronzes) and to see a bit of the Aspromonte National Park. We've stayed in Locorotondo airbnb's on 2 occasions and enjoyed it. It has a lovely old center city and roads lead to all the places you mentioned. Lots of places for quick breakfast, and some nice restaurants in the evening, not to mention how the old town is beautifully lit up at night.
