Travel from Venice to Zagreb

We are considering hiring a private driver to take us from Venice to Zagreb. The buses and train connections involve about 7 to 10 hours. Does anyone have a company they would recommend? Has anyone used www.ondaytrip.com?

Rome2rio.com estimates bus travel time at about six hours, driving almost four hours. The cost estimate is about $100 if you drive yourself. Is two hours less travel time worth the money?
