I need to travel to Frankfurt to fly home to America and will be in Pisa. All the flights I find are around $900 for 2 people. Can someone help me find a better flight or other means of transportation.

Is your flight on 9/24 or 9/25?
Regardless, I see Alitalia for 112 EUR per person on the 23rd and 24th. You do have to change planes at Rome.
Train is 12 hours for a similar price (a bit less on the 24th) with 1 change in Milan.

You can also fly RyanAir nonstop from Pisa to so-called "Frankfurt Hahn" airport but it's not very close to Frankfurt. Travel to your next airport takes 2 hours by direct bus or 3 hours by train with a couple of connections; see DB schedules.
Or Lufthansa has a direct flight from Genoa airport to Frankfurt; fares vary around your travel dates.

Lots of direct flights from Milan to Frankfurt if you can get there by train the night before - or to Genoa as mentioned above. Or Rome.

It seems you have a FRA-USA flight on 9-24 (or 9-25 ?)
In either case, I hope you are planning to fly into FRA the day before your flight to the US.
Check for flights from Genoa or Florence to FRA
