Hello I have been reading all over the internet and trying to figure out how easy it is to get a land taxi from piazzale roma to marco polo airport at 3:30am. We need to check in a luggage and are going to santorini. Will there be a lot of taxis there waiting ?

I would contact your hotel to see if they can arrange a trusted driver to meet you at a specific spot at Palazzale Roma. I doubt many taxis are just hanging out there at that time.

We are staying at a airbnb but our owner called a taxi company and said they said they do not book in advance at night but there will be taxis there waiting. I found that hard to believe they just sit there. I just booked it through airport taxi transfers website https://airportstaxitransfers.com. Hopefully they are there.
